Making these pieces is a process of flow, the cup tells me how much belly to give it, how tall or squat it will be. I have a general idea of how I want it to be but no two are ever exactly the same. I make these in all clay types and just about any glaze combo. I’m always exploring new glazes so you never know what new colors may be showing up.
